Earnest Flowers III is the President of Crown Media & Communications. Crown Media focuses on supplying authentic and engaging content to the domestic and international markets for publishing, motion pictures, live shows, Cable/TV, gaming and other digital media content. The Company’s objective is to build and distribute a library of content that will create a paradigm shift in the communication process as emerging technologies
increase and re-shape consumer demand for publishing, live and digital entertainment.
Earnest has been a Financial Advisor, focusing on wealth management, equity capital raisings, and economical development on a global basis. He currently volunteers as a liaison for Assemblyman William Scarborough (Chairman of New York State Assembly Committee on Small Business)
Mr. Flowers is a member of various boards in the Religious, Political, and Business world. These organizations include but are not limited to: Elmer H. Blackburne Regular Democratic Club (Chairman), Gaining Our Dignity Inc., Northeastern Conference Junior Basketball League, (Co-founder) Oakwood University Alumni (National V.P. Development), Samuel Rashford Chapter of Oakwood University Alumni (President) and the National Black Leadership
Commission on AIDS (Advisory Council).
Earnest Created first ever successful plan to integrate a Major Music Label’s artists with a NASCAR Racing team. He also developed and coordinated the first H1N1 mobile campaign for federally qualified healthcare centers in the state of Maryland.
Earnest has also worked in the past on many endeavors with various New York elected officials for local initiatives as well as United Nation officials.
Mr. Flowers holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree from Oakwood University, and is currently completing the MBA program at St. John’s University.
